Team Schlopy heads up Coldwell Banker’s new Park City Office.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, the nation’s number one real estate services company, is proud to announce that Team Schlopy, one of Park City’s top real estate sales teams, has a affiliated with the company and will be heading up Coldwell Banker’s new Park City office. The highly-regarded and well-known team is comprised of agents Marny Schlopy, her husband Kent Schlopy, their son Erik Schlopy, and their son-in-law, Kevin Crockett, as well as three other staff members.
The Schlopy family is well-known in the Park City area as a premier real-estate team, and several family members have also achieved athletic excellence.
Erik was a member of the U.S. Ski Team, a World Cup ski racer, a three-time Olympian and a bronze medalist at the World Championships. Erik’s wife, Summer Sanders, is a former Olympic swimming medalist and his sister, Keri, was an NCAA skiing champion.
Marny has been the figurehead of the team since she began her real estate career in 1992. She was joined by Kent in 2001, Kevin in 2002, and Erik in 2014. Over the years, Team Schlopy has become one of the top-producing real estate teams in Utah, ranking in the top one percent of all agents in Park City from 1998 to the present.
