Park City’s Western Steak House since 1976, the Grub Steak has made a great reputation for serving prime cuts of charbroiled beef, fresh fish and seafood, pork, chicken, lamb and game entrées. The atmosphere is cozy casual with a large, rustic rock fireplace and Cowboy memorabilia covering the walls. The staff provides excellent, relaxed service, with many employees having worked here for decades. Try a slab of slow-roasted prime rib, the aged rocky mountain natural lamb chops or our rotisserie chicken. The famed salad bar, which stretches the length of the exhibition grill, is included with all dinner entrées, as is a choice of side dishes. For smaller appetites we present a selection of light fare dishes. A gluten-free menu is available for lunch and dinner. For the younger customers, children’s and young adults’ menus are offered. Not to be missed is the delectable signature bread pudding with vanilla and bourbon sauce with High West Bourbon or the famous mud pie.
