What makes Wildwest Jerky different and better than our competition is that we take pride in the way we make our products. We start by buying the best meats in all of our cuts, we hand strip all of our products so that you have something to chew on.
For a change, we dry rub all of our ingredients creating robust recipes. We use a wood smoke, not the liquid stuff , and we’ve chosen 100% Hickory for the bold smoky, savory flavor at the end of our cooks.
We are leaving more moisture in our product when compared to our competition so that you’re not having to go to work like a beaver or have a flashback of a hockey puck! We put some love into all of our jerky products.
