The Park City Area Restaurant Association (PCARA) has a wonderful summer tradition of locating Park City’s superstar mixologists and their latest and greatest concoctions. Under PCARA’s new format, the contest takes place over four weeks and opens voting to everyone, allowing residents and visitors alike to play a role in crowning Park City’s cocktail champion, creating even more incentive to visit the participating bars and restaurants, and to sample the mouth-watering entries before casting votes.
