Finding the Ultimate Restorative Combo

When you’re looking for a place of warm respite after a full day on the slopes, don’t miss Old Town Cellars (OTC). Located only steps from the town lift plaza, OTC is a new private label winery on Main Street owned and operated by born and bred Parkites.

Their inviting tasting room offers a delightful selection of house- blended wines, locally sourced charcuterie and locally made chocolate, all in an ultimately unwinding atmosphere of comfy couches and plush love seats.

“OTC takes great pride in our efforts to work with other local purveyors. BelTex Meats features the best cured meats and cheeses in the state, sourced from small family farms in northern Utah,” explains Jason Morgan, Director of Operations. “For us, it was a no-brainer to work with Philip (owner/butcher) simply because they are the best. The same is true for our friends at Ritual Chocolate. I actually grew up with Robby (owner) here in Park City. Working together to bring our guests wine and chocolate pairings was a match made in heaven!”

Morgan believes, “The only thing better than spending a day in the mountains ripping around and having a good time with your friends, is talking about how much fun you had over a glass of wine. Après ski is special because it allows people to connect and celebrate two of our favorite things: skiing and wine.” Their tasting room is open 7 days a week, 12-10 pm.
