A Brewery Comes to Heber Valley

We are excited to report that Heber Valley has its first brewery! Heber Valley Brewing Company is now bringing crisp and original beers to the local community. This is a 21 and over establishment, so leave the kiddos home with a babysitter and stop by for a fresh pint.

You will most likely find one of the owners behind the bar, Clint Jones or Greg Poirier. Be sure to ask them all about their recipes and the brewery. They can also give you a heads up on upcoming events. For example, they are currently working on an Octoberfest weekend.

While sipping on one of their original concoctions, make sure you order a slice of pizza, warm pretzel or a meat and cheese plate. They also have fun table games to entertain you and your friends, from Connect 4 to Cards Against Humanity.

And what would a brewery be without flat screen TV’s? This is the perfect place to sit back and watch your favorite game or sporting event.

Heber Valley Brewing Company opens at 3 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. And on Saturday and Sunday you can grab a brew as early as 11 AM.
As of this weekend, they will have 8 beers of tap. Each ale has its own unique color and flavor. Whether you’re a light beer drinker or prefer a hearty dark stout, they have you covered.

Belgium Style Ale
Lone Pine Ale
Heber Valley Brewery Pale Ale : one of our favorites
Cold Fusion Kolsch (similar to a Pilsner)
Heber’s Hazy IPA
Ascent Amber
Blackberry Saison: another team pick
SoHo Stout (which is their darkest)

We look forward to seeing what new selections the owners of Heber Valley Brewing Company come up with and hope to see their beers in local restaurants soon.
