DINE IN YOUR VERY OWN SNOWGLOBE AR STEIN ERIKSEN LODGE

Dining at Stein Eriksen Lodge is always a special experience but enjoying Stein’s award-winning cuisine from inside one of its five Alpenglobes elevates any meal to a 360-degree dining adventure.

Described as “part stargazing observatory, part gondola carriage,” the gorgeous Alpenglobes provide a secluded enclave for an enhanced and intimate dining experience. Stein’s offers five of these real-life snowglobes, set on their breathtaking wrap-around outdoor patio and serving up stunning panoramic views of Deer Valley Resort and the Wasatch mountains year-round. Alpenglobes are available for breakfast, lunch, après ski and dinner and feature the same seasonally inspired menus as the Lodge’s Troll Hallen Lounge.

“It doesn’t get better than mid-mountain at Deer Valley, no matter the season,” said SEL marketing team member Ryan Barton. “We truly believe that world-class service is essential to the guest experience. Our culinary team is also incredible. The views, service and food combined with the unique experience of dining in a life-sized snow globe really make for some memorable dining.”

From traditional Norwegian cuisine to American classics, enjoy an exclusive and upscale dining experience under the stars or snowy nights. Globes are climate controlled, beautifully appointed and seat up to six guests. Guests may want to keep their coats with them for the short walk outside to the globes, but rest assured Stein’s staff will keep the decks cleared so that no special footwear is required.

Each globe features clear side panels made from super-durable polycarbonate, marine-grade wood, heavy-duty dual-panel sliding doors, adjustable heating, Bluetooth music Sonos speakers and dimmable chandelier lighting. Alpenglobes are built to withstand the elements while bringing an unforgettable complement to any environment, any time of day, whether you are celebrating a special occasion or simply looking for your own private space.

Additionally, to ensure your Alpenglobe experience is exclusive and uninterrupted, servers are available via a push-button call bell, alerting them at any point during your meal.

Alpenglobes are available for reservations by phone only, and reservations are for 90 minutes. Fees are $200 to reserve a globe, although there are no minimum food and beverage requirements. For more details and reservations call 435-645-6455.
