Start your day at Park City with a Red Bull donut served at the Legacy Lodge. Then hit the slopes of the largest resort in the United States.
Cuisine at the historic Mid-Mountain Lodge features grilled cheese sandwiches of white cheddar, smoked gouda and fontina served with homemade tomato bisque, and the signature Mid-Mountain Burger with white cheddar cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms. Try one of their signature hot sandwiches.
Step off the Quicksilver Gondola for lunch at Miners Camp. Eighteen beer taps quench any thirst. Miner’s Stew with winter squash, root vegetables, Moroccan spices, and quinoa, and the Utah Lamb Miner’s Pie are specialty dishes. Also try the focaccia pizzas with house-made sauce.
The highest Canyons restaurant is Dream Peak’s Cloud Dine. Their famous Kobe Pretzel Dogs (Pig in a Parka) with house- made cheddar cheese dip sauce grab immediate attention. Indulge in a wood- fired flatbread pizza or the house-made chicken pot pie.
Enjoy fine dining at Lookout Cabin where chefs create dishes in a centrally-located kitchen. Rocky Mountain Fondue offers Utah cheeses, sliced pears, and French bread. The Chocolate Fondue is a must! A wine and cocktail bar complements the elegant menu.
Teens and boarders will like the vibe at Sun Lodge. Load your burrito with grilled options (even tempeh), cilantro lime rice, and house-made salsas from pico de gallo to hot roasted tomato and red chile. The Park City Signature Bison Chili is terrific, as is the hearty pozole.
