Start your day at Park City with a Red Bull donut served at the Legacy Lodge. Then hit the slopes of the largest resort in the United States.
Cuisine at the historic Mid-Mountain Lodge features grilled cheese sandwiches of white cheddar, smoked gouda and fontina served with homemade tomato bisque, and the signature Mid-Mountain Burger with white cheddar cheese, grilled onions and mushrooms. Try one of their signature hot sandwiches.

Step off the Quicksilver Gondola for lunch at Miners Camp. Eighteen beer taps quench any thirst. Miner’s Stew with winter squash, root vegetables, Moroccan spices, and quinoa, and the Utah Lamb Miner’s Pie are specialty dishes. Also try the focaccia pizzas with house-made sauce.

The highest Canyons restaurant is Dream Peak’s Cloud Dine. Their famous Kobe Pretzel Dogs (Pig in a Parka) with house- made cheddar cheese dip sauce grab immediate attention. Indulge in a wood- fired flatbread pizza or the house-made chicken pot pie.

Enjoy fine dining at Lookout Cabin where chefs create dishes in a centrally-located kitchen. Rocky Mountain Fondue offers Utah cheeses, sliced pears, and French bread. The Chocolate Fondue is a must! A wine and cocktail bar complements the elegant menu.

Teens and boarders will like the vibe at Sun Lodge. Load your burrito with grilled options (even tempeh), cilantro lime rice, and house-made salsas from pico de gallo to hot roasted tomato and red chile. The Park City Signature Bison Chili is terrific, as is the hearty pozole.

Gourmet breakfasts are served at Deer Valley’s Snow Park Restaurant starting at 8 a.m. Enjoy wondrous bakery creations, along with omelets like the signature house- smoked salmon with cream cheese and capers. Lunch features famous turkey chili and chicken enchiladas, along with its “Natural Salad” buffet. Don’t forget to try the “Deep Powder Carrot Cake.”

Silver Lake Restaurant is the place for continental breakfasts and lunch items like Vietnamese pho, and noodles with Kobe beef or shitake mushrooms Potpies, soups and chilis are concocted daily. Create your own taco from beef, pork carnitas and shrimp, topped with house-made guacamole, salsas and hot sauces.

A sophisticated, sit-down lunch with wine and cocktails awaits at Silver Lake Lodge’s Royal Street Café. Savor the BBQ bison burger, Deer Valley artisan cheese or house charcuterie sampler, or the fresh Dungeness crab tower with avocado and wontons.

Cushing’s Cabin on top of Flagstaff Mountain is a great spot to warm fingers and toes with sweet treats, a steaming bowl of turkey chili, espresso, or even a local brew. Grab some goodies, warm up, and get back on the mountain!

Continental breakfasts featuring fresh- baked brioche cinnamon rolls and house- made granola start the day at Empire Canyon Grill. The lunch menu tantalizes skiers with the Natural Salad buffet, panini, homemade potato chips, fish tacos, and venison baguettes; save room for flourless chocolate cake!
