The prestigious James Beard Foundation Celebrity Chef Tour rolled into Park City this year, bringing some of the top culinary talents together for one of the most glamorous food and wine collaborations of the season. Hosted at Riverhorse On Main, a DiRōNA and Mobil Four Star award- winning restaurant, the evening featured Grgich Hills Estate— world-renowned for their distinctive and exquisite wines—as well as some of Park City’s friendliest and most discerning community members.

On hand to toast the special Park City event was daughter of famed Mike Grgich, Violet Grgich, who spoke highly of her father’s craft and enthusiasm for winemaking. Grgich Hills Estates, which originated in the Croatian countryside, today yields some of the finest estate vineyards from Napa Valley which have enjoyed widespread recognition by presidential heads and European royalty.

Riverhorse’s Chef Seth Adams said, “I’ve been a chef my entire life, and this experience, for me, has been all about living in the moment and creating a cohesive collaboration with the other chefs.” Adams worked side-by-side with the traveling celebrity chefs to bring top-rated cuisine to the evening’s guests. Celebrity Chefs included Scott Shields, Jodie Rogers, Caroline Fey and David Hopps, who created first-rate dishes with final presentation from Chef Adams.

The James Beard Foundation’s mission strives to celebrate and preserve America’s diverse culinary heritage by bringing together the nation’s top chefs in different cities across the country for an intimate and unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime dining experience.
