Easter weather in Park City is always a fun game of chance. The weekend can bring bright sunny days and warm breezes or deliver a foot of snow and over-cast skies.  However, whatever the weather is doing, there are always plenty of ways to celebrate the holiday.

This year our team is excited to experience the Easter Activities around Park City:

On Saturday Morning from 11:00 -12:00 head to Matt Knoop Park for an annual tradition – the Local’s Easter Egg Hunt.  This event is free for kids ages 1 through 10.  Let your little ones frolic and play and compete to find the Golden Egg and win an “Eggstra” special prize.  Email agreenburg@basicnrecreation.org for more information.

Register for the Easter Celebration at the Kimball Art Center. On Saturday from 10AM -11:30AM, let you and your child learn to dye eggs using marbling, glitter, wax resist techniques and more.  As the eggs dry, the kids can hunt for treats and surprises. $20 per person includes materials, instructions and eggs. kimballartcenter.org/classes/egg-citing-art-easter-celebration.

On Sunday morning, take a quick drive south to the Homestead Resort and let the little ones enjoy the egg hunt from Noon to 12:30. The Homestead hunt is great for toddlers, because they break it up by ages, giving little legs time to get to the hidden treasures.  The Homestead is also featuring a Brunch with an Omelet Station, fresh pastries and more. homesteadresort.com
