Easter Brunch in Park City

Spring has arrived in Park City and Easter is just around the corner. Many friends and families enjoy celebrating the holiday with a Sunday brunch. Fortunately for locals and visitors, RIME at The St. Regis Deer Valley is offering an elevated Easter Brunch in Park City.

On Sunday, April 17th, the sumptuous Easter Brunch Buffet in Park City is being served from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Enjoy a leisurely meal, at one of RIME’s booths or tables, or outdoors on RIME’s patio that boasts breathtaking views of the Wasatch Range. 

The Easter Brunch in Park City will feature a luxurious menu, created by new Executive Chef Alex Malmborg, and will feature an extensive Raw Bar serving Oysters, Stone Crab Claws and Shrimp Cocktail.  Seafood also includes Poke Bowl with choice of Tuna or Salmon.  Carving includes Five Spice Crispy Skin Duck Breast with Cherry Glace; Juniper Crusted Leg of Morgan Valley Lamb with Mint Jus; and Cedar Plank Salmon with Lemon Dill Buerre Blanc.  Featured soups include Truffled Spring Pea with Mint and Crispy Prosciutto; and Heirloom Carrot Soup with Ginger, Turmeric, Crème Fraiche and Fried Leek.  Salads include Farro with Radish, Snap Pea, Olive, Pecorino and White Balsamic Herb Vinaigrette.  

Breakfast delicacies include an Energizing Juicery serving Spinach with Cucumber, Celery, Ginger, Lemon and Utah Honey; and Carrot with Orange, Ginger and Tumeric.  Crepes include Smoked Salmon, Asparagus, Capers, Dill, Whipped Cream Cheese, and Lemon; and Roasted Wild Mushroom, Green Pea, Ricotta and Mint.  Fried Egg with Gruyere, Shaved Prosciutto and Frisee on Brioche; and Spring Vegetable and Chevre Frittata with Asparagus, Leeks, Mushroom and Swiss Chard are also offered. 

An impressive array of desserts include Chocolate Shooters; Assorted Macaroons; and Carrot Cake Cupcakes with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.

If you will be enjoying Easter Brunch in Park City with the entire family, consider arriving at the Resort in unique fashion via The St. Regis Deer Valley’s world-class funicular, which transports guests 230 vertical feet up the mountainside. The cabs, which run on steel rails, are self-leveling, despite the 20 to 80 degree difference in the slope angle of the ride, and feature tinted and UVA and UVB protected panoramic windows.  The little ones will absolutely love the ride and the views of Deer Valley are spectacular! To take the funicular, Valet Parking is available at the Lower Funicular Building directly across from the Snow Park Lodge parking lot.
