This summer is no exception.
Hailing from New England, lobsterman Ben Smaha and his wife, Lorin, grew up in the industry. With Ben’s background and Lorin’s culinary artistry, the two bring the freshest, never-frozen lobster meat inland to Park City. Featuring lobster rolls and salads, the Freshies food truck will be parked at the Park Silly Sunday Market.
In addition, Freshies ships seafood from Maine anywhere in the country. Freshies also offers full-service catering — with or without lobster!
