Copper Moose Farm allows Parkites to get their food from a known and trusted source. As Park City’s only Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) provider, locals put their faith in the farm by paying for shares of vegetables up front.

CSA provides locals and visitors with a variety of seasonal vegetables harvested at their freshest and most nutritious stages. Weather permitting, the farm stand will open in mid-June.

Daisy, the manager, believes that “our close personal relationship with members and guests makes a difference. They know who is growing their food and the land where it is grown.”

Members are encouraged to walk around the farm, feed the chickens, and harvest “U-pick” crops.

All vegetables and cut flowers are available for pickup at the seasonal on-site farm stand at 1285 Old Ranch Road.

This year, Copper Moose Farm is introducing Tasty Tuesdays. On the last Tuesday of each month during the summer, samplings paired with a special guest speaker will be featured at the farm stand from 5-6 pm.

On August 29th, Copper Moose Farm will host the Harvest Dinner, an elegant, delicious, and not-to- be-missed evening with five local chefs. Tickets are available at www. coppermoosefarm.com.

189bThe website also provides recipes to accompany the fresh vegetables. This year, there will be recipe contests with special gift baskets for winners.

Daisy explains, “Our food feeds not only the body, but the spirit.”
