Due to recent events, the latest eatery craze is globe or bubble dining. Many Park City restaurants are offering their versions of this unique dining experience. We wanted to highlight a few of these globe or bubble dining options for Mountain Express Magazine’s faithful readers:

Edge Steakhouse at Westgate Park City Resort & Spa: Edge Steakhouse is thrilled to announce the arrival of two Alpenglobes, the newest experience in luxury private dining available to elevate the guest experience at the award-winning Edge Steakhouse. For the first time ever, guests are now able to indulge in world class cuisine comfortably with panoramic views of the snow-capped mountains. Each globe features infrared heating, fresh air recirculation, an independent sound system, mood lighting, and comfortable seating for up to four guests. The globes are available for two seating’s nightly, at 5:30 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. and are priced starting at $200 per globe. Kimball Terrace: The Kimball Terrace offers their version of rooftop bubble dining with a delicious family style menu provided by Culinary Crafts. All tickets include a prix-fixe chef’s choice seasonal menu. Optional add-ons are available when you book your seats. Nearly all special dietary needs may be accommodated. Wines by the bottle, beer and specialty cocktails are available for purchase at the time of service. A corkage fee of $20 per bottle applies to any group that wishes to bring their own wine.

Boneyard Saloon: Reserve a Rooftop Igloo and enjoy Boneyard’s stellar food and beverage menu. Each Igloo seats up to 12 people and is heated to comfort with a dimmable chandelier. Plus, Bluetooth Speakers allow you to play your own music playlist. All Igloos must be reserved with a reservation fee of $100 plus tax. Sunday through Thursday -$300, Friday and Saturday- $400.
