Heber Valley Railroad North Pole Express 2021

Heber Valley Railroad North Pole Express

The Heber Valley Railroad has been providing passengers transportation, in one form or another, since 1899. The train has been dubbed by locals as the “Heber Creeper,” which legend has it was coined because “back in the daythe narrow twisting canyon made the trip feel as though the train was barely creeping along.

The Heber Valley Railroad offers a variety of scenic and adventure trains, from a 90 minute ride around Deer Creek to a relaxing 2 hour excursion along the base of Mt.Timpanogos.

One of the most popular of these train rides, the North Pole Express, will be available in just a few short weeks. The scheduling calendar is open and available for ticket purchasing. This magical train ride will be hosting passengers from the 22nd of November, thru Christmas, until the 30th of December. The 90 minute round trip to the North Pole includes hot cocoa and Mrs. Claus’ famous chocolate chip cookies. You’ll sing along to new and traditional Christmas favorites on the way and be entertained by our hosts, elves and cocoa chefs. When you reach the North Pole, Santa will join the trip to greet the little ones and present them with a special gift.

This family favorite event offers both “North Pole” (regular class) and “First Class” seats. Tickets are currently available for all trains. You can also rent the Red Caboose for your private group or family (capacity 10-12), or the elegant Luxury No. 100 Business Car (capacity 16).

And for this year, the Heber Valley Railroad North Pole Express has seats available in the beautiful 801 Luxury Car— a restored 1930 coach. You can also purchase tickets for a table of 4 in the wonderful Luxury No. 850 Table/lounge Car (capacity 11 tables – 44).
