High West Distillery
Appropriately and conveniently located right at the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort’s Quittin Time Ski Run is where you’ll find the world’s only ski-in gastro pub— High West Distillery and Saloon. Listed on the National Register of Historic places, its celebrated building was once a Victorian-era mining home, livery stable, garage and auto shop, and then abandoned for decades. But in 2007, High West was born from the perfect blend of owner and distiller David Perkins’ biochemistry background, innovation, and a love of Park City life.
