We believe on the following pages you’ll not only find the best local vendors of goods and services—you’ll find the best providers of these anywhere. Many with a strong commitment to greener practices. Check them out and you’ll see how these incredible merchants help make Park City the best mountain town in the world!

Park City already has a world-class reputation for its renowned ski resorts, luxury accommodations, remarkable restaurants, producing the greatest snow on earth, and so much more. But did you know that Park City provides the inspiration for a wide range of other exceptional locally produced products? Here are just a few of our favorites.

High West Distillery

Appropriately and conveniently located right at the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort’s Quittin Time Ski Run is where you’ll find the world’s only ski-in gastro pub— High West Distillery and Saloon. Listed on the National Register of Historic places, its celebrated building was once a Victorian-era mining home, livery stable, garage and auto shop, and then abandoned for decades. But in 2007, High West was born from the perfect blend of owner and distiller David Perkins’ biochemistry background, innovation, and a love of Park City life. Producing award-winning small batches of nine types of whiskey, a barrel-aged Manhattan and two vodkas, High West became Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870.

Helen Knows Best

Helen Knows Best Extreme Weather Face Balm is a unique, nourishing face balm that protects and revitalizes all skin types using 100% natural shea butter, aloe vera, and a blend of vitamins, essential oils and herbal extracts. It contains no harmful additives or parabens and is not tested on animals. Recommended for daily use and especially after a long day on the slopes. Available at all Cole Sports locations.

Limoncello Kitchen

Formulated as a kitchen specific skincare line, Limoncello Kitchen offers eco-friendly, natural handmade lotions, soaps and scent diffusers. Because their products are made with pure oils such as olive, lemon, rosemary, mint and others, they are all completely food safe and will not contaminate anything you may be working with in the kitchen. Plus, because they’re also not greasy, you can easily grip knives and other kitchen tools without worry.

Cade & Co.

Founded in 2003 by a Park City mother with a goal of providing a high-quality, practical line of children’s shoes and clothing, Cade & Co takes pride in its original and creative designs. Each pair of shoes is made individually with hand-cut, all-natural, ultra-supple leather. They are fondly recommended by parents and pediatricians alike—especially for toddlers learning to walk. Their soft suede soles enable babies and new walkers to feel contact with the ground as they learn to stand and step, while still protecting their feet and helping to avoid slips. Their adorable styles and breathable leather also helps keep little toes cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Instant Karma

Creating some of the tastiest, freshest, Indo-Persian, ready-to-eat, heat and serve meals, Instant Karma foods is making a large impact on the Park City community. Indo-Persian simply means their meals have an Indian and Persian influence; it also means they’re made from all-natural, preservative free, real, whole, flavorful foods that also happen to be vegan and gluten- free. Instant Karma’s products are ideal for time-challenged individuals, adventurous palates and those with special dietary needs. Products are available at local grocery stores in Park City and Salt Lake City. Instant Karma is also a finalist for the Grow America Springboard Competition.

Boom Dog Creations

Known for a special love for our four-legged Parkites, Park City has long been the place to be for man’s best friend. Boom Dog Creations is a new company that uses vintage, western leather belts redesigned by the artist, Kathleen Pederson, to bring your dog one-of-a-kind fashion collars locals just can’t stop barking about. She also makes unique leashes and bowls. 435-261-2321

Mountain Body Spa & Herbal Cosmetic Deli

Family owned and locally operated since 1996, mother- daughter co-owners Diane Fisher and Nylene O’Neal create fresh, completely natural body products designed especially for their spa, but now enjoyed in prestigious spas and salons across the country. Handmade and produced in small batches to assure quality, all of their botanical formulations combine healing minerals, fragrant herbs and nutrient-rich fruits and vegetables. Although it’s incredibly difficult to choose among the sensational smells drawing locals and visitors into their inviting Main Street location, the company’s signature product, Mountain Glow®, is an ancient sea bed mineral salt and fresh-pressed fruit rind body rub made with precious Dead Sea mineral salts as well as salt from the Great Salt Lake.

So whether you are visiting or a long-time resident, this season be sure to enjoy all the mountain beauty, plus experience some of the unique hand made and hand grown products Park City has to offer.
