New West KnifeWorks Spring Sale

The annual New West KnifeWorks Spring Sale is going to be even more exciting and extensive this year. Due to the support of Park City locals and our many visitors this beautiful mountain town attracts, New West KnifeWorks and MTN Main Toy Shop are moving up Main Street to a more central location with more square footage.

To celebrate the move (and make their boxes lighter) the New West KnifeWorks Spring Sale is happening now through April 11th, with 15% off Rocky-Mountain-made chef knives and hunting knives. The annual Spring Sale typically happens in mid-April –a reward for the locals who stick it out during mud-season– but this time around mud-season will be move-season.

Since opening in Park City in the Winter ’18/’19 season, New West KnifeWorks has forged partnerships via their steak knives in upscale hotel restaurants at St. Regis, Blue Sky, and the Montage. Some of the most fun has been had with local eateries like Handle and the recently opened Chop Shop. Chef/Owner of Chop Shop, John Courtney uses New West’s Carving Set and shared “we love it, super sleek, clean lines, cuts well, holds and edge”.
Chef Brian Handly of Handle did a testimonial on New West KnifeWorks Teton Edge Santoku, stating these are “sharp, really solid knives that will last a lifetime”. His full review of the Teton Edge Santoku is in this video link:

They also collaborated with Chef Brian Handly on this delicious recipe video of crowd favorite: “Fried Brussels Sprout”:
