Expect high intensity fast paced classes that teach you boxing techniques. This unique Park City workout location also offers classes for your young ones. Good Movement (formerly Studio Pilates) will help you become the best version of yourself. This Park City workout location offers a wide arrange of group reformer classes, one-on-one pilates and yoga instruction. Good Movement’s workouts will improve your flexibility, mobility and posture. They offer both group and private classes. Also, on their schedule is a Do GOOD Class that is free of charge. Good Movement is devoted to the well-being of the community and wants to ensure, that even those who don’t have the funds, can still get moving and stay healthy. Enlighten Wellness embraces the mission of uniting the mind, body and soul. Located at 1912 Sidewinder Drive, the company offers small group classes and private training. Enlighten’s owner, Misty, says the most popular class is the 60 minute Hot Yoga Flow and Vinyasa Flow. This Park City workout location also offers hatha yoga, yin yoga and spin classes.

Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa has two Park City workout locations: one in Prospector Square and the other in Kimball Junction. With its state of the art equipment and heated lap pool, hot tub and sauna, you will find everything you need at the club. Silver Mountain also offers fitness classes from strengthen and tone to aerobic and cardio. You can choose between a membership or daily walk-in passes.
