In March 2020, people from around the country will gather together not only to conquer the slopes but to conquer all types of cancer by supporting research at Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI).

With the power of local community members, Park City businesses and national companies, Pink Park City has quickly become a day that people are marking their calendars to attend. In March 2019, the event attracted 450 participants from 19 different states and more than doubled the funds raised in its inaugural year. The third annual Pink Park City event in March 2020 is expected to host more than 1,000 skiers and raise more than $200,000. One hundred percent of the funds raised bene t research for all types of cancer at HCI.Pink Park City was started after Holly Hagerman, co-founder and cancer survivor, and her husband decided on a weekend getaway after cancer treatments. By chance her weekend getaway in Vail, Colorado was the same weekend as Pink Vail.

“My heart was on fire and I knew then that this event needed to come to Utah,” said Hagerman.

Pink Park City was born soon thereafter as Hagerman and Diane Tanner, co-founder, cancer survivor and Park City local, teamed up with Huntsman Cancer Foundation to bring Pink Park City to life.

In March 2020, Park City Mountain’s 7,300 skiable acres will be covered in pink with skiers and non-skiers of all ages. Deck parties, giveaways, live music, over-the-top costumes and the Rally for Hope Parade will all work to create an unforgettable day on the mountain. Join us at Pink Park City 2020 with our presenting sponsor, Rockstar Energy Drink, as we come together to celebrate life and show support for those affected by cancer.
