An Adventurous Sporting and Social Life for Adults in Park City

The stunning view of the mountains is enough to lure us out of the house each day in search of adventure and friendship. The Park City Mountain Sports Club assists its members in creating such an experience.

For over 20 years, the Park City Mountain Sports Club (PCMSC) has been giving more than 500 members the opportunity to connect and cultivate a unique culture within Park City. Volunteer club members plan all the summer and winter events and activities.

Two popular summer activities are biking and hiking. These groups explore the 300 miles of trails in the area. In addition, members can join the weekly golf outing at the Park City municipal course. In 2014, the club started an aquatics component that offers kayaking and stand up paddle boarding (SUP) on a local reservoir.

During the winter, the activities include skiing (both Alpine and Nordic) and snowshoeing. All the activities of the PCMSC volunteer club cater to all skill and fitness levels.

One very popular event is the regular Friday night gathering, “TGIF”, which provides members an occasion to bond and develop friendships beyond the athletic activities. These weekly gatherings are held at a member’s home, where a potluck dinner is served, or at a local restaurant and bar.

The Park City Mountain Sports Club is a great way for people new to the area to meet others who share active lifestyles. An exciting social life is a guarantee. Come join the Club. pcmsc.org
