The Park City Sunrise Rotary Club’s 5th Annual Shot Ski event held on Saturday, Oct. 24 from the comfort of participants’ own homes raised over $20,000 to benefit the Rotary’s grant programs for 20 community groups.

“We are blown away by the community’s participation and enthusiasm for this year’s virtual event,” said Park City Sunrise Rotary Club member Connie Nelson. “Thanks to Park City’s enduring generosity, we are grateful to be able to use the funds raised to continue supporting our grant programs for our resilient local organizations.”

317 event “attendees” documented their experience on social media using their exclusive at-home shot ski packages, featuring custom shot glasses and High West Lemonade fixins. The winning post was awarded to neighborsofparkcity who will receive a coveted High West prize basket.

The Sunrise Rotary of Park City, parkcitysunriserotary.org, is dedicated to many community and humanitarian efforts, with an emphasis on local charities, causes and interests. All are welcome to attend their weekly Thursday morning breakfast meetings, which are held at 7:15 a.m. at the Jeremy Golf and Country Club.
