Strong Porsche

Life itself is a race, marked by a start and a finish. It is what we learn during the race, and how we apply it, that determines whether our participation has had particular value.” –Dr. Ferry Porsche

This year, with the passing of Dr. Porsche, the automotive industry lost an icon. His words, however, continue to guide our local dealership, Strong Porsche. Strong Porsche believes in adding value to the community. As a year- round partner with the Kimball Art Center, Strong Porsche helps to ensure access to the visual arts for everyone.

“We, at Strong Porsche, are committed to providing value to our customers and the community at large. Partnering with the Kimball Art Center allows us to support both our customers and our community,” notes Michael Baich, General Manager.

Each year at the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, Strong Porsche facilitates the membership drive by offering a lease on an elite vehicle. This year, members have the opportunity to win a lease on a custom 2012 Porsche Cayenne that is uniquely suited to the Park City lifestyle.

Robin Marrouche, Executive Director of the Kimball Art Center, explains, “There are only 1,000 memberships sold during the Festival. For just $75, you can purchase an individual membership to the Kimball Art Center and be entered into the opportunity drawing for the Cayenne. Or, you may purchase a family membership for $150 with two opportunities.”
“The people who design and build Porsches, like those who drive Porsches, are attracted by what the cars stand for…the stubborn adherence to ideals.” –Dr. Ferry Porsche

“It’s easy to see the artistic qualities in the design of Porsches,” notes Jeff Sandstrom, Sales Manager. “Each year at the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, the art of the Porsche blends in with the visual art on the street.”

This year, along with 220 juror-selected artists, visitors to the Park City Kimball Arts Festival will have the opportunity to see the latest Porsche models including the Cayenne, a 911, and the Panamera.

Jeff Sandstrom continues, “It’s fun to be out of the showroom and in with the crowds at the Park City Kimball Arts Festival. People get so excited when they see the cars. It’s infectious. Guests at the Festival stop to take pictures next to the vehicles.”

The Park City Kimball Arts Festival runs from Friday, August 3- Sunday, August 5, 2012. However, the 2012 Cayenne will be on display at the Kimball Art Center in July.
