PARK CITY, Utah (January 9, 2019) – Stein Eriksen Residences, the finest mountain lodging experience in modern luxury, welcomes guests to its onsite dining establishment, The 7-8-8-0 Club, now open for the 2018/19 winter season. The latest addition to Stein Collection’s world-renowned restaurants, The 7-8-8-0 Club features an innovative menu of new favorites and savory foods with convenient ski-out/ski-in access for skiers enjoying the slopes of Deer Valley Resort.

The 7-8-8-0 Club restaurant and lounge offers guests seasonal menus with extraordinary dishes crafted by our highly celebrated culinary team. Winter season brings an après-ski experience that is impeccably complemented by the spectacular snow-capped mountain views. Cool summer nights pair perfectly with the open terrace and inviting fire pits – not to mention the expansive vistas.

Menu items include delectable starters like Short Rib Poutine, Edamame & Cashew Hummus with Crudité Vegetables, and Utah Smoked Trout Mousse. Palates of any preference will have no problem finding a lunchtime dish to satisfy their cravings from the SER White Chili, Ora Salmon Salad, or Himalayan Red Rice Bowl to the famous Stein’s Burger or Pulled Pork & Chorizo Tostada. Cap the meal with a decadent Spiced Caramel Mousse or Molten Chocolate Fondant, to name a few. Kids’ taste buds will enjoy classic favorites like grilled cheeseburgers, pizza, pigtail pasta, and chicken fingers.
The restaurant and lounge are now open for winter operations through April 7, 2019, at the following times:
– Breakfast Buffet: 7am to 10am, Daily
– A La Carte Lunch: 11:30am to 3pm, Daily
– Après-Ski: 3pm to 6pm, Daily
– Dinner: 6pm to 9pm, Daily
