During the gloriously crystal clear days of summer in Park City, festivities that include wine tasting dot the calendar all season long. Is there any summer memory better
than those that include a smile, a kiss, and a sip of wine? Any day that includes close friends, great food, and luscious wine will be remembered for a lifetime.

June 22, Park City’s Historic Main Street Join the Park City Area Restaurant Association at the longest dinner table in Utah for their annual event—Savor the Summit. Stretching the length of Main Street, The Grande Table seats hundreds of diners to enjoy Park City’s finest restaurants’ fares. Exceptional wines and live music turn this open-air community celebration into the inaugural party of the summer.

July 10-14, Park City, Utah The Park City Food & Wine Classic brings together some of the world’s best chefs and sommeliers for a long weekend of cooking and wine-tasting. Stretching over five days at several venues, this extravaganza beckons everyone to become a genuine gourmand and features dozens of exciting activities that can’t be found at any other food- and-wine event. More than 100 food artisans, wineries, breweries, distilleries, epicurean purveyors and local food producers take part in the festival. From sun-up to sun-down, patrons gather in small groups to learn the art of wine blending, how to wine taste like a master sommelier, take biking excursions with world-famous chefs and winemakers, become immersed in an “Authentic Belgian Beer and Food Experience,” enjoy festival-favorite “Hikenars” (hikes plus wine seminars), and much more. Proceeds from ticket sales benefit the People’s Health Clinic, a nonprofit that provides healthcare for uninsured individuals and families in Utah’s Summit and Wasatch counties.

August 4, Solitude Mountain Resort Help end hunger in Utah by attending Taste of the Wasatch. Over 30 of Utah’s most renowned chefs, bakers, and wine and beer purveyors will prepare a day’s worth of culinary delights. Stroll with a glass of exceptional Merlot or Chablis while you sample hundreds of recipes intended to surprise and delight your culinary imagination. 100% of ticket sales go toward efforts to eliminate hunger and poor nutrition in Utah.

August 7 & 14, Hogle Zoo Support our animal friends at the Hogle Zoo by attending Wild Libations. This is a roaring after-hours wine and beer tasting to be held for the first time in the new Rocky Shores exhibit. Chat with local brewers and educators who will be on hand to tell you everything about your beverages as well as Zoo staff who will be answering questions about the exhibit. Enjoy live music and an untamed atmosphere as you visit with a polar bear, grizzly bears, seals, sea lions, river otters and more that inhabit the Rocky Shores exhibit.
