The St. Regis Deer Valley

The St. Regis Deer Valley spans 12 acres and features 174 guest rooms, including exquisite one-bedroom suites and luxurious rooms which can be paired with the suites to form spacious two, three and four-bedroom combinations. The St. Regis features unique amenities including the only funicular at a North American resort, a 24-hour Butler Service, a fine dining restaurant, a family-friendly brasserie, al fresco dining, a 13,000-bottle Wine Vault, a 14,000 square-foot Reméde spa with heated pools, a ski “beach,” and year-round recreational activities. The slope-side resort is located at Deer Valley Resort®, just one mile from Main Street.

This week The St. Regis Deer Valley announced a $42 million renovation and expansion that will include the addition of nine new luxury residences, The Residences at The St. Regis Deer Valley | Snow Park. Scheduled to open October 2020, the Residences will be a 55,000 square-foot, five-story property ideally located at the base of Deer Valley Resort and adjacent to Snow Park Lodge and ski school.

Renovations of The St. Regis Deer Valley’s lobby, common rooms, fitness center and guestrooms are currently underway. This refresh includes a new dining concept which will be announced later this month. Most areas are expected to be completed by early December for the start of 2020 ski season. with the balance completed by May, 2020.
