A wine tasting is the perfect end to a day on the slopes. Cognition Winery is an unexpected find at 7,000 feet above sea level. Guests are sure to enjoy the food and, of course, the wine at both locations in Park City. Cognition Bistro offers wine-friendly entrees and small plates such as the flatbread with spinach and roasted-tomato tapenade.
