BLUE BOAR INN & RESTAURANT
The Blue Boar Inn & Restaurant is an old-style authentic European chateau nestled in the foothills of Midway. Executive Chef Eric May incorporates European flair in nearly every dish, pairing modern-day favorites with fundamental German, Swiss and Irish ingredients and cooking methods, using only the freshest and finest ingredients to create his signature menu items, which change with the seasons. The Restaurant is always open to the public and serves a complimentary European breakfast to overnight guests of the Inn every morning. The Restaurant is open Monday – Saturday for breakfast and lunch, every night for dinner, and a wonderful five course Brunch is served on Sunday.
