Chef Harris opened J&G Grill at Th e St. Regis Deer Valley in 2009 as Chef de Cuisine and then went on to open tupelo Park City in 2015 as Chef/Owner. RIME presents a seasonally inspired menu built on sustainably caught seafood and locally sourced meats arriving fresh each morning.
