Antiquum Farm Winemaker Stephen Hagen, creator of the unique “Grazing-Based Viticulture,” will lead the intimate celebration of exquisite cuisine and natural wine, which features four courses of inventive tupelo dishes and four wine pairings from Antiquum Farm.
