Stein Eriksen Lodge Celebrates With A Patriotic 4th of July BBQ

PARK CITY, Utah (June 19, 2019) — Stein Eriksen Lodge, located in the heart of Deer Valley, will ring in Independence Day with an all-American BBQ. Featuring classic staples as well as original dishes from Chef Zane Holmquist and his team, guests are invited to join the afternoon outdoor festivities on Thursday, July 4 located on the Glitretind Deck from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

“For many of us, the 4th of July holds so many unforgettable memories of friends and family gathered outdoors enjoying their favorite summer foods,” said Zane Holmquist, VP of Food & Beverage Operations and Corporate Chef of Stein Collection. “We look forward to hosting our guests to create new memories with one of America’s favorite traditions this Independence Day.”

The lavish spread includes Stein Eriksen Lodge’s elevated twist on summer classics like a watermelon carving station, spicy shrimp and jicama slaw, grilled peach and pancetta salad, pigtail pasta mac and cheese, barbecue beans with pulled pork, Chef Lupe’s famous roasted pork ribs, buffalo brisket, chile-beer marinated Snake River Farms tri-tips, Utah lamb T-bones, and so much more. Save room for the sweets and choose from an abundant array of house made desserts like cast iron skillet apple brown betty, strawberry rhubarb shortcakes, and milk chocolate glazed banana Bundt cake, just to name a few.

The 4th of July BBQ is $58.00 for adults and $25.00 children for children ages 5-12. The event is expected to sell out so advance reservations are highly recommended by calling (435) 645-6455. Consider adding an overnight stay and take advantage of our current summer specials and packages.
