FUEGO BISTRO & PIZZERIA
Clair Christofferson of Park City’s C&W Premier Insurance explains his family’s true love for Fuego, an authentic pizzeria and neighborhood Italian bistro where they serve amazing Italian food and wood-fired gourmet pizzas in an engaging, family-friendly atmosphere.

Christofferson reveals, “Not only do my wife and I go there almost every week, it’s the first dining out choice for our children and grandchildren as well.”

Boulter explains, “My kids love it because they put edible fl owers on the smoothie bowls and they serve breakfast all day, so if they want pancakes at 2:00 pm that is always an option.”

Julia Wall, owner and master aesthetician of Bloom Beauty Room, adores the heavenly, family-run Midway Bakery that creates artisan breads, soft baguettes, sweet rolls, brownies, cookies, scones, muffins and custom orders too. They also serve breakfast and lunch daily.

Wall describes, “My go-to Midway breakfast restaurant spot is the Midway Bakery. With locally made breads, sandwiches and pastries, there is something for everyone.”
