OFFSET BIER

“We just want to make the best beer we can.” Says owners Connor Brown and Patrick Bourque, of Offset Bier, a new micro-brewery located on Bonanza Drive. The intimate tavern is welcoming and warm with a modern “urban” vibe.

Brown and Bourque both share a passion for good beer and a deep love for micro-brewing. Together they have created a neighborhood gathering place that supplies creative flavorful libations, available both on tap and by the can for pick-up. The simple brews are European-Lager inspired and are “full strength” at 5%. Local’s tip: You can pick-up their 5% canned beers, even on Sunday.

In addition to creating delightful ales, these two entrepreneurs have been inspired by Park City’s unique culture and are dedicated to give back to the area. Fund-raisers for local non-profits and group activities are on the agenda for the next year. Community focused describes the long term mission of Off set Bier and Brown and Bourque. Their dedication and enthusiasm are both infectious and can be felt the moment you meet the partners. As Bourque further explains, “We want to be the spot where locals catch up with friends and family, while enjoying a cold pint. And at the same time, be the business that is known for helping out the community.”
