Ryan grew up on the eastside of Seattle in “a restaurant family.” He learned almost every aspect of the restaurant business and has a deep appreciation for many different cuisines, especially Asian. Ryan moved to Park City in 2012 and has been working as a bartender at 350 Main for the last 2 ½ years. He loves to bring his passion for flavors and cultures into his cocktails. The Buzzed Beekeeper is a play on a classic Bee’s Knees. By incorporating yuzu instead of lemon and adding alpine preserve and lavender bitters, the unique cocktail really comes to life.
