Fourth of July in Park City

Independence Day weekend is here, and we are all ready to celebrate! Although fireworks are banned, due to high fire danger, this Fourth of July in Park City will still be chock-full of festivities.

Tomorrow, July 2nd, head up to Main Street for the annual Park City Fourth of July parade. The parade starts at 10 AM, so be sure to arrive early for the best views.

Also on Friday, celebrate Oakley Independence Day at the Oakley Recreation Complex. The events include the world-famous Oakley Rodeo starting at 8 PM.

On Saturday, July 3rd, pack the kiddies up for a ride down the canyon and check out the amazing designs and creativity at the Murray Chalk Art Contest. The display is held at the Murray Park from 6 AM to 2:30 PM and welcomes children of all ages.

Then head back up to Park City and ride the Cabriolet to Canyon Village. At 4 PM continue to celebrate the Fourth of July weekend with live music, kids’ activities and live art by local artists.

You can also join the 2021 Midway City Fourth of July Celebration from 7 AM to 9 PM. Start your morning with The Square Pancake Breakfast sponsored by the local Boy Scout Troop and spend the afternoon enjoying outdoor activities and listening to music.

On Sunday, Fourth of July in Park City continues with the July 4th Volleyball tournament. The competition starts at 8:00 am and will last all day at 1400 Sullivan Road.

Saturday, Sunday and Monday, celebrate classic Americana and cowboy style at RED, WHITE and BLUE SKY. The Lodge at Blue Sky will feature s’mores, music and fun! And be sure to head to YUTA Restaurant at The Lodge at Blue Sky and enjoy brunch and live music on Sunday July 4th.
