Kimball Arts Festival on Main Street

For more than 50 years Park City’s historic Main Street has been home to the Park City Kimball Arts Festival and the event ranks among the top art festivals in the country for artist sales and attendee experience. This summer expect more than 50,000 attendees to converge on Main Street from August 5th through the 7th.

Join your friends and neighbors for the Summit County Locals Night at the Park City Kimball Arts Festival. Attendance is free for locals on Friday August 5th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. This year’s celebration includes artisan tasting tents, Food Trucks and outdoor dining decks from the over 50 Main Street Eateries. Explore Food Truck Alley in the Brewpub parking lot and Artisan Alley along Heber Avenue. Additionally, Mountain Town Music has partnered with the Park City Kimball Arts Festival to provide live music on two outdoor stages. Note that advance registration is required for a local’s pass, as tickets will not be available at the entrance gates.

From over 1,000 applicants around the country, approximately 200 artists were selected by a blind jury to showcase their work. The art displayed is not only for admiring but is also for purchase and includes all types of creations from paintings, to drawings, sculptures, printmaking, mixed media, photography, ceramic, digital art, fiber, metalwork, wood and jewelry. This year’s lineup features local and national favorites such as Sheko & Sarkis Jewelry, Adam Addley Ceramic, William Armstrong mixed media, Bradley Anderson sculpture, Christopher Brown drawing, Alex Chitura Sculpture, Wendylea Photography, Helen Gotlib printmaking and Scott Hartley glass.

Don’t forget to have your little one stop into the Kimball Arts Festival Creation Station. At the Creation Station, your art enthusiast can engage in a creative art-making adventure.
