Rated among the best in the state by Golf Digest, this course challenges your game, while the dramatic views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Uinta and Wasatch Mountains test your focus. The natural 400-foot elevation change on Victory Ranch’s golf course allows it to transition from gently rolling fairways to commanding views of the surrounding area.

WHY PARK CITY IS GREAT FOR GOLF? Being from the south, I don’t think I’ll ever stop appreciating the lack of humidity in the mountains. Not to mention, the beautiful views.

Both are championship golf courses and have consistently ranked in the top 5 for the state of Utah and nationally in the top 100. Th ey are fun and challenging for all level of play and have some of the best golf views in Park City.

FAVORITE HOLE: Hole #11 on the Nicklaus Painted Valley Course has panoramic views of the back nine, Browns Canyon, and a stunning backdrop of the Uinta Mountains. The hole has a 100-yard drop from tee shot to fairway and is very challenging, but extremely beautiful. One of my all-time favorite shots in golf.

BEST FAMILY AMENITY: Aside from the spectacular golf, The Beach House is a huge favorite for members and their guests with its 1,000 feet of white sandy beach at 7,000 feet and cabanas with food and cocktail service from the beachside café. THE COURSE: Park Meadows is a Jack Nicklaus links-style design in downtown Park City. Ski slopes surround the golf course and offer spectacular views from any spot on the property.

FAVORITE HOLE: Right now, I think it’s the 12th.
It’s a mid-length, downhill par 3 with a picture perfect view of the ski resorts. It’s a hole where you can take advantage of the high-altitude ball flight conditions and watch your ball soar for an extra second or two before it hits the green. I’ve made a couple of birdies there, so maybe that’s part of the reason I like it.

WHY IS PARK CITY GREAT FOR GOLF? There’s an expression here that says, “People come to Park City for the winters and they stay for the summers.” I thought I grew up in the Mecca of summertime conditions in Orange County, California, but now I know it’s all about the high desert conditions we have here in PC. There’s nothing else like it in my experience. Thin air at high altitude gives you as much as 10% more distance on some shots and the combination of a cool breeze and the warm-but-not-hot temperatures is perfect for golf.

Red Ledges

Located in nearby Heber City, Red Ledges is a family-centric, four-season playground with stylish alpine homes and fairways that weave through a breathtaking red rock landscape.

Our golf courses are widely known as the most picturesque of any in the Park City area with panoramic views of the entire Heber Valley and the stunning Mt. Timpanogos.

FAVORITE HOLE: Our 14th hole, a par 5 that plays 560 yards from the back tees. When stepping on the tee you are in awe of the expansive views of the entire Heber Valley. This hole is well bunkered with water all along the right side of the fairway so if you hit a couple good shots you can be rewarded with a great score however any wayward shots will be penalized. It usually is a pivotal hole in any match or round of golf here at Red Ledges.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN PLAYING HERE: A perfectly conditioned golf course that caters to golfers of all playing abilities. The Championship course has five sets of tees and up to nine combinations of tees so that each golfer can enjoy the length of golf course that best suits their game.
