Kimball Arts Festival
The 50th Annual Kimball Arts Festival is this weekend, and our entire team is thrilled to experience the art, events and people that make this such a fabulous festival. Presented by the Park City Hospital, this is the primary fundraiser for the Kimball Art Center. The festivities start on Friday, August 2nd and run until Sunday August 4th. Artists from over 33 states and three countries will be participating in this year’s fest. For hours and a list of participants visit parkcitykimballartsfestival.org.

By attending the Kimball Arts Festival, you will allow the Kimball Art Center to continue providing scholarships for art classes and camps, art education and curriculum in our public schools, after school art programs, and access to free and thought-provoking art exhibitions.

Festival After Dark allows you to keep the fun going after festival hours. Music, film, puzzles and more can be found at: Escape Room Park City (August 2-4,) Stand-Up Comedy at Egyptian Theatre (August 2-3,) Sundance Institute (August 2nd.)
Art Starts Here highlights the critical role Kimball Art Center plays in our artistic community. A live auction includes unique experiences like a trip to Argentina and Uruguay, mingling in the New York Rangers locker room, and of course purchasing one of a kind artwork.
Studio on Main is creation station where you can paint your own masterpiece on a tiny canvas, mold a clay cup and decorate it, design a watercolor postcard or bind a travel journal.
Brushes and Brunch will be held on Sunday from 9AM to 11AM at the Rockwell Listening Room. This brunch is designed to allow guests to meet and greet 2018 Best in Show artists. Enjoy Mimosas, Bloody Marys, mixed media, parfait and paintings.
Of course, anyone who has previously attended the festival will you tell you that whatever you end up doing, you will love the Kimball Arts Fest.
