Another choice Mexican Restaurant on Main is Crystal Park Cantina. Open for both lunch and dinner, this restaurant has become a local’s favorite. We love to peruse the Tapas Section and share the Queso Fundido with cheese blend, sauteed mushrooms and organic chorizo, baked and served with flour tortillas or the Jalapeno Poppers stuffed with organic chorizo, cream cheese, and parmesan panko crumbs. Make sure your try their Portabello, Spinach and Cheese Enchiladas and their Baja Fish or Shrimp Tacos, stuffed with tempura beer battered fish or shrimp and topped with mango pineapple salsa.
