TEQUILA!
Tekila Mexican Grill & Cantina is inspired by traditional Mexican flavors. Try their homemade Mole or famous Carnitas: slow-roasted baby back ribs and tender pork. If you love a good margarita, this is definitely the place to visit. Tekila has the largest selection of tequila in Park City. Order an appetizer, sample one of the many tequila varieties and enjoy the outdoor patio.

NEW UNDERGROUND LOUNGE CREATES INTIMATE VIBE
Experience an intimate vibe for date night or a gathering with friends at Old Town Cellar’s new underground lounge at 408 Main Street. Low ceilings, exposed stone walls and Uintah Spruce accents exude a warm “Wine Womb” feel—the perfect backdrop for well-spaced cushy seating areas, including a semi-private setting in an old silver vault. The absence of televisions and spotty cellphone coverage encourages conversation over local brews, custom cocktails and blended wines like “Perpetual Pinot” created by veteran winemaker, Charlie Rudd.

STEP BACK IN TIME
Take a leisurely summer drive to Oakley and stop into Road Island Diner. The 1939 vintage dining car is fashioned in its original pre-world war II design and equipped with table jukeboxes. Owner’s Ginny and Steve create everything homemade from biscuits and gravy to burgers to ice cream. Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, this will become a family favorite.

SAVOR THE FLAVORS
Visit SUR Latin Street Food in Kamas for truly authentic south of the border fare. The owner Max, is charming and personable and makes everything fresh to order. Let us recommend the family-style takeout enchiladas, with rice, beans, chips, salad and homemade churros for dessert. Although, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

NEW TWIST
Roberta and David Walski have brought a new twist to Main Street’s Bangkok Thai. The truly authentic cuisine complemented by the restaurant’s ambiance encompasses the welcoming Thai culture. The restaurant and bar have recently been updated with fresh décor and their menu has many exciting creations. Stop by and check out all the selections or order ahead of time for takeout.

LOCALLY INSPIRED
Kimball Junction’s Hearth and Hill features local and internationally-inspired specialties in an upscale, yet casual atmosphere. Proprietor Brooks Kirchheimer has captured the community’s spirit and culture with an inventive menu and light ambiance. Patio seating, take-out service and accessible parking make this one of our favorites.

PERFECTLY SEASONED
At Westgate Park City’s Edge Steakhouse, they have service perfected. Tucked in the back of Canyon’s Village, this fine dining restaurant is well worth the find. The cuisine is exquisite and varied, and the atmosphere is upscale but comfortable. Our pick is the Wagyu steak, as it is seasoned perfectly. And don’t miss out on arguably the best wine selection in Park City.

A COLLECTION OF RECIPES FOR GATHERING
Reviewed by Aimee Cook
Cooking from scratch with approachable and delicious recipes seems to be the inspiration behind the second cookbook by Joanna Gaines. Magnolia Table, Vol.2 is filled with 145 new recipes from Chip and Joanna’s home and enjoyed at their restaurant, Magnolia Table in Waco, Texas. The recipes are easy to follow using everyday ingredients and most are accompanied by beautiful photography. After having the book just a few days, I quickly made five of the recipes with items I had on hand. The macaroni salad and the coffee cake are classics, while the blueberry sweet rolls with lemon glaze were a show stopper without being complicated. The cookbook is informative, inspiring and full of delicious recipes to share with family and friends.
