Take a deep breath and breathe in the fresh air. Things are feeling back to normal now that vaccines are fully available and businesses are open and safe. Our community has undergone many changes over the past year, but most have been heartwarming and exceptional. More than ever, Parkites have recognized and acknowledged our remarkable mountain town and the amazing lifestyle we are privileged enough to enjoy.

From our world-class recreation and award-winning restaurants to our quality health resources and prestigious services, Summit County has so much to off er and be
grateful for.

In this issue we explore our mountain trails and hear from locals why the Park City Trail Series has become a welcome annual tradition. We compiled a list of adventures around the area and visited Heber Valley for some good ole fashioned fun.

What would summer in Northern Utah be without grabbing your favorite driver and irons and heading to your ideal local course? From Promontory Club to Park Meadows to Jeremy Ranch, get on the green and relish in the thin far-flying air.

While strolling Main Street, we rediscovered “The Mystery Behind Art” and the treasures that abound in the community art scene. Local artists and gallery owners intrigued us with their stories of passion and creativity. Additionally, we were delighted by the “Cowboy Chic” that currently styles our mountain fashions, from cowboy boots and hats to belts and jewelry.

The real estate and designer markets have seen a robust resurgence this year, with East and West Coasters leaving their city lives for a more relaxed country atmosphere and many of us finally deciding to embark on that over-due kitchen remodel or landscaping project. We reached out to local experts to fi nd the season’s hottest indoor and outdoor designing trends.

We want to remind our readers to support our local businesses and philanthropic organizations and to thank our entire community for all its encouragement over the past year.
