COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATES

At Stein Collection, our top priority is to ensure the health and safety of all our guests and team members. We have been and continue to closely monitor the fluid developments of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Park City has several confirmed cases at this time. The local Summit County health department has issued very explicit directives with respect to how businesses may operate due to concerns over transmission of the virus. In essence, most businesses will be closed or have very limited services for a minimum of 14 days.

Based on these facts, we will be closing all our property operations beginning Wednesday, March 18th, 2020 until further notice.

  • If you would like to modify an existing reservation or make a reservation for a future stay, please call our reservations team at 888-510-4309.
  • Cancellation and date change policies through third-party lodging and booking partners may vary. Guests should reach out to their third-party booking source if they need to discuss changes.

While we believe we have taken every reasonable precaution and have done everything possible to mitigate contamination and transmission of COVID-19, we feel closing our operations is necessary for the health and safety of our guests, staff, and community. We recognize this is a complex issue with constantly changing information and details. We know any steps taken will be temporary and hope to return to more normal operations in the near future.

Thank you for your help and patience during this time. We will continue to monitor current state and local guidelines for real-time changes and available information about the virus and will stay in contact as information and operations change.
