Celebrating 25 Years of Cowboy Poetry

In case you need another reason to visit Heber Valley…

Join us for the 25th Anniversary celebration of The Heber Valley Western Music and Cowboy Poetry Gathering, Oct. 23rd – 27th.

What is this you say? Only the country’s top festival of western musicians and story tellers bringing to life the history, beauty and comedy of the west, old and new.

From it’s very beginning as a gathering of local poets and a chili cook-off at the Midway Town Hall to todays gathering stretching over five days with more than thirty performers this award winning festival is sure to make a fan out of you. So we’ve pulled out all the stops to celebrate our silver anniversary by bringing back several of our favorite performers who have helped lay the foundation. Like The Bar J Wranglers, Michael Martin Murphey, Waddie Mitchell and Jack Hannah along with other favorites like Rory Feek, Billy Dean and Andy Griggs. We’re excited to announce this years new headliner Diamond Rio, sure to be a crowd pleaser.

So bring the whole family and round up the neighbors, you won’t want to miss this celebration of the cowboy and the American West.
