The Park City Area Restaurant Association collaborated with the Young’s Market Company to host the fall edition of the “Park City Cocktail Contest” fundraiser for the People’s Health Clinic at Stein Eriksen Lodge in Deer Valley.

Thirteen of the area’s best mixologists competed to have their cocktail crowned Park City’s “Signature Cocktail” for fall and winter 2012-2013. A panel of judges evaluated each cocktail based on presentation, taste, and appearance. At the end of judging, one concoction stood above the rest—the Mountain Derby. Dave Wallace, Beverage Director at the Montage Deer Valley, created this fabulous and refreshing cocktail that beat thirteen other amazing entries at the fundraiser.
