J&G GRILL

The St. Regis Deer Valley announced the appointment of Shane M. Baird as Chef de Cuisine at J&G Grill. A member of the original 2009 opening team for J&G Grill, Baird brings to the position
comprehensive knowledge of food, beverage, events and operations at this signature Jean-Georges Vongerichten restaurant, which is staffed by a team of over 175 professionals during peak season. J&G Grill has earned Wine Spectacular’s “Best of Award of Excellence”. One of only four restaurants in Park City and six in all of Utah to be given this honor. Paired with the incredibly delicious food, their wine will win your accolades too!

Z’S STEAK AND CHOPHOUSE

Z’s Steak and Chophouse features the finest cuts of prime aged and local steaks and chops, simply seasoned with Utah’s Redmond Sea Salt and cracked black pepper, and cooked in a broiler reaching 1800° searing in natural juices. Z’s Steak and Chophouse is located in Midway’s Zermatt Resort.

THE MARKET/WORLD KITCHEN

This December, The Market at Park City will be opening a new department, World Kitchen and Specialty Foods. This new and exciting department will feature prepared foods to go prepared by chefs daily, so they are fresh, family friendly, wholesome, healthy and they will even have vegetarian and vegan options. This World Kitchen and Specialty Foods department will carry gourmet products, accompaniments and there will be a cheese shop as well as catering services available. If you’re looking for a homemade, Italian family meal experience then look no farther than Cortona Gelateria. Saturday nights you are invited to an authentic three-course Italian dinner served in a casual, intimate setting. Rustic, homemade Italian food prepared exclusively for this special menu! Roth recently launched the Roth Culinary Scene, a program designed to highlight the best chefs, restaurants, and other key people in the culinary industry through a series of entertaining events. The Talisker restaurants upheld to all of Roth’s demanding standards, amazing chefs, spectacular food, and a whole lot of fun! Talisker announced that Chef Zeke Wray was promoted to Executive Chef. Wray, who first joined Talisker in 2006, comes from a family of chefs and is a graduate of the California Culinary Institute. Chef Wray created the menu

for the highly acclaimed Bistro at Canyons, which serves Modern American cuisine prepared to kosher standards.

 WESTGATE MARKETPLACE

Open to the public, Marketplace at Westgate Resort has everything you need for the perfect bite to eat, that perfect glass of wine and to find the perfect gluten free snack. The Marketplace also carries beer, gourmet pasta and sauces, groceries, baked goods, cold beer and delicious Boars Head meats and cheeses.
