The St. Regis Deer Valley is offering a full slate of summer activities for both overnight guests and visitors alike including live music Friday and Saturday nights (with “Tunes on the Terrace” Friday nights on the Resort’s Astor Terrace) and daily Traditions such as the nightly Champagne Sabering, whereby a bottle of both champagne and cider are opened with a real saber, for all attendees to sample; and the early evening S’mores Tradition, perfect for all ages. The restaurants include RIME at The St. Regis Deer Valley, serving traditional American cuisine in an elegantly rustic setting; the Mountain Terrace, perfect for an outdoor lunch, cocktail or a memorable dinner under the stars; Brasserie 7452, the light-filled bistro-style lounge surrounding a three-sided fireplace; and the popular St. Regis Bar & Lounge, with stunning mountain views, vibrant murals that pay tribute to the history of Park City and supple leather seating.
