DEER VALLEY RESORT
Belgian cheese maker, Corinne Cornet-Conigli brings European-style cheeses to Deer Valley restaurants. “Milk comes from local cows and goats,” says Corinne. “Utah’s soil, grass, and weather create specific flavors that I’m excited to explore.” Rigid temperature controls, “affinage” or aging process, and French music create ideal environments for “Bloomy Rind” cheeses like Moon Shadow and Triple Truffle Camembert.

MOVE OVER BAGELS…DOUGHNUTS HAVE ARRIVED!
Vacationing in Park City, the Palmer family fell in love with our town. Lange, Rebecca, and Calli Palmer did notice something missing, though: a doughnut shop on Main Street. So, they moved here and opened their own, named “Peace, Love and Little Donuts.”

With doughnuts being made throughout the day, customers can always get a fresh and warm treat. Th e shop sells three styles: Groovy, rolled in sugary goodness; Far Out, topped with frosting; and Funkadelic, frosted with special toppings added. Lange’s favorite is the “Famous Maple Bacon with Frosting.”

Complementing their freshly-baked confections are Pink Elephant coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of dairy products.

TWICE THE DOUGH
Named for its double-rise dough technique, Twice the Dough focuses on creating the perfect dough. Once Shannon Buist, owner and chef, has achieved this perfection — in both taste and texture — she gets creative with fillings and toppings. Favorites range from cinnamon crumb to raspberry chipotle jam with cream cheese.

The made-from-scratch dough is hand-rolled and cut, then cooked, dipped, filled and finished. High-quality and natural ingredients are used through out the bakery’s selection of gourmet doughnuts, quiches, and local roasted organic coffees.

Local Lisa Allison is a big fan.
“There’s something for everyone, including gluten-free options with fresh flavors and creative combinations. I appreciate the all-natural ingredients, too.”
