The studio has been doing its part to stay connected and alleviate stress among their commercial neighbors during are the “new normal.” With the help and unbridled support of the Elements staff, the team managed to personally distribute free one-hour massage gift cards to vendors offering curbside pick up and take-out.

The staff went above and beyond during the closure of the studio due to COVID-19 to update their already rigorous sanitation and safety standards. “With the top priority always being to deliver an unparalleled experience of restoration and rejuvenation, the team at Elements Massage resolve is stronger now than ever before.” stated owner Brittany Falzone. Business partner and husband Justin explained the new safety protocol:

• Enhanced cleaning procedures including 15 minutes between each appointment to deep clean suites and common areas.
• Staggered appointments to minimize social contact and curbside check-in via phone call to avoid gathering in waiting areas.
• Employee temperature screenings at the start of their shift to guarantee a temperature of 100.4 or lower (in accordance with CDC recommendations) to ensure the team is well and ready for your service.
• All staff members wear a mask during any interaction with a client or in shared spaces.
