Limited to 36 guests to ensure a cozy and convivial setting, the Wine Vault Dinners feature established and emerging winemakers from top vineyards, allowing guests to meet influential wine creators and ask about products and production. The four-course The Wine Vault Dinner is a creation of Chef Matthew Harris and Chef Austin Hamilton, of RIME Seafood & Steak. The cost of each dinner is $240 per person, and of course, includes wines which are expertly paired with the dinner selections.

The Wine Vault’s sophisticated décor features crescent shaped light grey tufted banquettes and dark blue linen walls, along with a collection of 88 large format bottles including over three dozen autographed magnums. Coupled with warm lighting, climate-controlled wine storage and inviting seating, the Wine Vault is perfect for wine connoisseurs looking to indulge their passion.
